Limited draft/Air draft

Current draft restriction is at the sea entrance, which currently allows between 4.5 Meters during dry season and 5.5 Meters during the raining season. The vessel with the length of 100 meters can navigate during dry season, and vessels with the length of 120 meters can navigate during rainy season. At Tsubasa Bridge(Neak Loeurng), the vessel with the air draft below 37.5 meters is accessible below the bridge. Read more...

AIS Systeam

In 2009, Automatic Identification System (AIS) was installed between PPAP and border of Cambodia Viet Nam; one is located at the Terminal TS3 in Phnom Penh and the other one is located in Neak Leung, Kandal Province. Read more...

Tug boat

Towage service is required for ship carrying dangerous cargo such as oil/gas. When the ship approaches the berth of PPAP, the ship need to anchor at the latitude 1128'28.81"N and Longitude: 105 8'36.70"E and wait for tugboat assistane. The captain of the ship alerts Kamsab for tug assistance. Kamsabrelays the order to Habour Master/Service, and then the Habour Master/Service sents Tug boat to assis the docking process of ship. Mooring / Un mooring

Mooring is compulsary to all vessels in order to secure the safe bething. PPAP has a team of 4 people to assist the mooring service for cargo vessels. Passenger vessels are responsible for its own mooring. Read more...
