In the morning of February 12th, 2026, the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP) organized a training course on "Combating Illegal Drugs, Measures for the Storage of Electronic Devices and Chemical Substances for Vaping and Shisha, and the Royal Government’s directive on HIV prevention," under the high presidency of H.E. Sen Sihout, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and Her Excellency Choun Sokhem, Deputy Director General in charge of Administration/Finance of the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port. The event was attended by delegates from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport as well as PPAP management team, and employees, which was held at the Container Terminal LM17.
