PPAP attended a donation handover ceremony presided over by H.E. Peng Ponea, Minister of Public Works and Transport

On Sunday morning, 14 December 2025, H.E. Hei Bavy, the delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP), together with PPAP colleagues, attended a donation handover ceremony presided over by H.E. Peng Ponea, Minister of Public Works and Transport, the high representative of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, and Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, as well as Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister, and Lok Chumteav Dr. Pech Chandamony.
The donations were presented to the Battambang Provincial Administration, represented by H.E. Sok Lou, Governor of Battambang Province, for distribution to the border protection forces and displaced residents in Battambang Province.
