In the morning of February 12th, 2026, at the Multipurpose Terminal TS3, H.E. Hei Bavy, the delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP), along with colleagues, met to greet and presented protective vests, helmets, anti-smoke masks, and financial support to the heroic Cambodian armed forces at the Command of Military Region 3.
