PILOTAGE
For pilotage service, PPAP has employed highly skilled and trained pilots to ensure the safe, timely, and efficient navigation of vessels and barges to any of PPAP's terminals. For safety aspect, Mekong River Commission and Border Trade Committee support on installing traffic light, buoys and leading mark from Vietnam border up to PPAP aiming that all vessels can enjoy navigation 24/7.s
TUGBOAT
It is an operation to drag the vessels and barges in and out of the port. Our tugboats are equipped with heavy duty engine which can tow or push large vessels. The main duties of tugboats include supporting vessels berthing and unberthing from the port, and assisting in launching and shifting vessels in the dockyard. They are equipped with fire extinguishing equipment and oil removal equipment, it also contributes to local riverine safety, such as disaster, rescue, and accident.
DREDGING
PPAP has the ability to provide dredging services and solutions to our clients. We have over decades of experience completing the toughest dredging projects along Upper Mekong river, Lower Mekong river, Tonle Sap river, and Bassac river. We have optimal equipment and experience experts to ensure the efficiency of operation.
MOORING / UNMOORING
PPAP has offered vessel mooring and unmooring services, which are considered as a basic port service. Vessel mooring/unmooring activities are carried out by the experient experts that are able to deliver safe high-quality operations in any environment with 24 hours a day. The mooring and unmooring of liner traffic are carried out of in accordance with confirmed schedules and notifications in advance.
BERTTHING (TOURIST CURISE AND CARGO VESSELS)
Berthing service is the main service of PPAP for tourist cruise and cargo vessels. We can structure contracts to suit the needs of our client’s requirement, depending on the type and frequency of berthing, and also the size of vessels involved. We have efficient tools and sufficient berthing space for vessel with good security and safely measure.
SHIFTING
PPAP provides shifting services for the movement and repositioning of barges and vessels within the port area. With specialized tugboats and experienced technical term's support, we ensure smooth movements of vessels and barges docking at and deporting from our berth and other key location.
