Port Dues and Charges
Require charging lumpsum price for general cargo vessel with less than 500GRT docked at the PPAP’s terminals.

Vessel docks at PPAP with capacity from 501 GRT upwards are charged according to the following price list of PPAP:
1. Tonnage Charges: $ 0.13 x GRT x 2
2. Channels Dues: $ 0.31 x GRT x 2
3. Berthage Charges: Berthage to transfer retail cargoes not more than 5 days.
- At quay: $ 0.23 x GRT
- At buoy: $ 0.10 x GRT
- At anchorage: $ 0.05 x GRT
4.Pilotage Charges: $0.003/GRT/Mile
The pilotage charge is paid according to total capacity of GRT of vessel, but the minimum is $100 per vessel.
The pilotage charge for container vessel is calculated with this following: $ 0.29 x GRT
Oil/gas tanker (1. Rate $0.003 x Miles x GRT+ Rate $0.030 x GRT) in case less than $100 is charged as $100.
Discount 30% on pilotage services for cruise ships.

11. Number of tourist is charge: $1.00 x number of tourist
12. Service Charge for Over Time
- 25% will be charged for any services provided to customers at night
- 50% will be charged for any services provided to customers on holidays
- There is no extra charge for overtime service for container vessels.
13.Fresh Water Charges
(Fresh water supply fee is based on the number of cubic meters of water supplied)
- Fresh water provided from hydrant at quay: $ 2.50 / m3
- Fresh water provided by truck at the bridge: $ 3.75 / m3

- For container vessels, the period of container storage fee waiver on CY for export containers is extended from 5 to 7 days.
- For the type of goods as rice, the period of exemption of container fee on the yard for export container is granted for 18 days from March 2, 2015 onwards.
- Exemption of empty container storage fee for import / export from January 1, 2024 onwards.

- Container Weighing Service for general cargoes $ 0.50 / ton
- For other items that are not included in the general cargoes price list above, the lifting price is charged according to the 1987 and 1993 price book.
- For ships docked outside the port of PPAP (Cargo ships that transfer cargo outside PPAP in the commercial zone of the PPA, which uses its labor and machinery is to charge 20% of basic price list of items (Included stevedoring charges).
Remark: The charges above are exclusive Value Added Tax (VAT) 10%.
