Multipurpose Terminal TS3, the headquarters of Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP), is strategically located along the Tonle Sap River ​on  Preah Sisowath Quay, Sras Chork Commune, Daun Penh District, Phnom Penh City. This iconic terminal has played a crucial role in Cambodia's maritime trade history, serving as a focal point for inland containerized operated and tourist terminal.

To accommodate the increasing demand for containerized cargo, PPAP invested in the development of LM17, a modern container terminal. With the completion of LM17, TS3 Terminal has undergone a transformation, evolving into a versatile multipurpose facility. While it is able to continue to handle general cargo efficiently, TS3 has also emerged as a significant passenger terminal, catering to the growing tourism industry.
