Remark
- The gate fee is charged once upon entry (if the truck is carrying container or cargo) and once more upon exit (if the truck is carrying container or cargo). In contrast, if the truck is not carrying container or cargo then gate fee will not be charged ( Ex: If a truck is entering the port carrying a 20′ container for export and is not carrying any container when exiting the port then the truck is only charged $ 5 once for entry).
- A truck carrying two 20′ containers is charged $6 (2 of 20’containers x $3).
- The tariff above is exclusive of VAT 10%.
- Gate fee is exempted for trucks carrying paddy or rice for export, whereby, all relevant documents must be shown at the gate upon entry.
- Note: Container trucks and general cargo trucks are not allowed to park idly inside the port area longer than 6 hours.
1. Navigation Charges

For cargo vessels discharge or loading over 5 days, the first period is to be applied in point A. And over this period of alongside to surplus in point B. In case of receiving of harbor sailing. Order but still occupying a berth the vessels shall be fined as follow :
a: At quay $0.70/meter /hrs
b: At buoy $50.00/hrs
3. CHANNEL DUES
For commercial vessel: $0.31 x GRT x 2
For lighter carrier: $0.16 x GRT
4. PILOTAGE CHARGE
For each Entry/Departure (Minimum charges $100.00)
a: $0.003 x GRT x 9 miles (for commercial seaport)
b: $0.03 x GRT (for refinery port)
c: $0.017 x GRT (for each shifting)
